Influence - Expanding Your Sphere - 3 hours Presented by David Donaldson
Today’s organizations run on influence. Influence enables you to build the relationships you need to get results inside or outside the formal power structure. To be successful in busy cross functional organizations, you need to be skillful and flexible in the way you influence others.
This workshop with show participants some of the common effective methods and pit falls encountered when influencing others. We will establish a framework that participants can use to increase their influence. By walking through a number of scenarios we will demonstrate how to more effectively move your ideas into actions.

Creative Conflict Management - 3 hours Presented by David Donaldson
Conflict is prevalent in our workplaces, communities and homes. Regardless of context, each conflict can cost time, money and relationships. What counts is the successful outcome of these conflicts. Conflict resolution skills are essential employability skills for the workplace as well as important life skills you use every day.
This experiential workshop will show participants views, values and sources of conflict as well as a framework for creatively managing conflict. Participants will use a simple assessment to understand their natural conflict response style.
