Executing Culture Change

Not surprisingly one of the main internal challenges organizations face in executing strategy is corporate culture.  The key question is how to improve culture and have it enable effective strategy and key benefit outcomes.

It is a sticky issue and one that many organizations are reluctant to address.  And yet the results can be overwhelming positive.  SPM has recognized culture through change as a significant part of how organizations grow and remain competitive in today’s most challenge environment.

We aren’t the experts though.  SPM has partnered with Culture Strategy Fit Inc. (CSF) to support the necessary work involved in the change of culture.  Working with CSF we have developed a strong capability to deal with change management and implementing deliberate ways to design culture for where the organization is going and its fit with the execution of strategy.

Using a suite of culture patterns SPM would:

  1. Identify key culture patterns that the organization is looking to address in its future state
  2. Execute a diagnostic assessment of culture today and potential gaps
  3. Design a roadmap of actions to move the organization towards its future state in  alignment with its strategic initiatives,
  4. Monitor progress and institute necessary change management practices
  5. Re-assess culture view to determine progress and fine tuning.
