Greg is an accomplished professional with over 21 years of experience in management consulting, teaching, and leading complex programs and projects. As the Government Practice Lead for SPM Group, Greg has worked at the President and VP levels with a number of industries groups including telecommunications, financial services, retail, utilities, and government.

His consulting experience includes the design and implementation of PMOs and CPMOs, supported by comprehensive services to effectively execute strategy through governance, portfolio, program, and project management. The strength of Greg's solutions are realized through the "right practice" application of people, process, and technology enablers. Greg also has extensive experience with organizational maturity assessments covering portfolio, program, and project management, along with developing strategies and action plan to achieve maturity improvement targets.

Greg has managed multimillion dollar projects and programs including the construction and reengineering of supply chain infrastructure including distribution centres, business process re-engineering, and information system design and implementation.

Greg is a certified Project Management instructor who has developed advanced training materials. He is also a seasoned coach and mentor to project practitioners and senior management.  He has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) as designated by the Project Management Institute since 1995.
