Bryan is President of Global Strategic Project Management Ltd., and co-founder of SPM Group Ltd. As well Bryan is Chairman of the Board for SPM WLL.  He has over thirty years of progressive experiences in business, project and construction management.

Bryan has dealt with all aspects of the business – both management and delivery. Recently Bryan has stepped out of an active day-to-day role at SPM to pursue development of SPM WLL and other passions.  He remains on the Board of Directors and advisor on as need basis.

Bryan’s strengths and expertise include planning facilitation of the complete process of project work definition, establishing effective project environments, coaching, and facilitating project management processes and execution of SPM’s Strategic Initiative Realization Framework.  Bryan is a certified instructor and has designed, developed and delivered various professional seminars/workshops at all management levels over the last fifteen years, in Canada and internationally.  In addition to the many clients SPM has worked with, he has worked for major corporate firms, architectural/engineering consultants, a project/construction management firm, and his own consulting practice, which has given him an excellent understanding of the complete project life cycle from all perspectives, including client relationship management. 

Bryan received his B.Eng. in civil engineering from Carleton University and has a M.A.Sc. in civil engineering, specializing in project/construction management from the University of Waterloo.
